Wonder what happened at about 2 PM? I seen oil spiked some about the same time. A Fed cut in rates not going to help, IMVHO. Maybe short term it will be good for market, that's the only good thing I can say about it. Hope that those getting ready to retire take advantage of the market pop. Trading at or above 9000 is not going to last long, IMVHO.
