There are many ways to honestly keep the housing sector strong. All America needs to do is open the immigration gates and instantly create a whole new upwardly mobile middle class.

100 year old stucco boxes in Costa Misery (Mesa) - 5 Mexican families to a house, chickens in the yard, cars parked on the front lawn, spanish music blasting out the door. Garbage Grove (Garden) not one American in town, owned by the Vietnamese,
every storefront signage in THEIR language with not a word of ENGLISH, gangs own the town at dusk. Compton - owned by the African Americans - run down, trashed.

It is like this in towns all across America - immigration is not the solution, the right immigrants are, they stay home. No the poor that want the social welfare of America are moving in.

Go ahead and open our borders, we already have and it is driving out the middle class, further into the hills, to 2 hour commutes to work, plastered stucco boxes (gonna look real nice in 100 years!), destroyed scenry.
