You do owe an explanation as to how you came up with this view that Grem has some type of tax loss value.
Something other than Birddogging Ed's PR's and filings that he will obviously use in his defense that he did not purposely cheat the IRS.
You see PLAYA, Ed could be looking at jail time for it.
