A loss is not something that is funded by a loan. What accounting course did you take? If Ed sold 1,000,000 shares for $.01 it would be $10,000. That is not a debt. If he paid $6,000 out of that in expenses and had no income it is a $6,000 loss.

KELLYCO... LOL "I want answers"... Dude they have been here for years just read the SEC filings... Eddy is going down the only tax loss he will see is when the IRS hit's him and his CONSULTANT crew up for back taxes on all those 10 million dollars in S8 shares he sold without withholding and paying employee taxes...
