1) Question: Could the next PR have info on the success of a redesigned Rad Detector complete for military use by the US government?

Answer: No, but there are plans to construct a model of the RadSafe that will meet Military specs when it is decided that it would be the right step for the company.

2) Question: When is the OS structure and financial guidance report (press release) to be expected? Seems it should be out by now.

Answer: The O/S information is planned to be announced very soon.

2-1) Question: My question relates to the company's financing and announced expected net profit of $200K this year. If the OS remains the same and the company has not received any sales income for the past year, then is it borrowing to finance the development and initial production of the two new products?

Answer: No. the company has not borrowed to have financed the development and initial production of the two new announced products. We had come to an agreement with the manufacturer that will benefit both companies and they have been moving forward with the projects because of this agreement. This has expanded their field of development/manufacturing and they are very excited about the newly added direction for themselves through Paradigm.

3) Question: When will the RadSafe and StealthSensor be available for sale?

Answer: Both detectors have been available to pre-order for months and have been marketed to select dealers/distributors. Because of the need to have certain features of both detectors tested over and over and redesign circuitry to achieve the correct performance, the shelf date has been moved back to December 2008 from October-November.

4) Question: Are there any current pre-orders for the RadSafe and/or StealthSensor? Was the Army order a "pre-order?"

Answer: Yes, and all orders to this point are pre-orders.

5) Question: "Global Interest in RadSafe Surges." Can we get an update on this? Are these considered "pre-orders?"


Answer: There are inquiries from companies outside the United Stated as well as inside the states wanting to become dealers and distributors of the RadSafe. They have been given product information and updates on the manufacturing schedule. There have been pre-order sales.


6) Question: How about an update on the "other" detectors PDGT is working on? Are there any other detectors currently being worked on or being aquired? (Going to be sold)


Answer: Yes, updates will be announced through press releases.


7) Question: What's the current float and authorized shares?


Answer: This information will be given in a press release very soon.



8) Question: What type of client base exist outside of the military applications. by the US government?

Answer: The client base consists of Distributors, Dealers, Organizations within the security industry, Correctional facilities, Police, and more.


9) Question: Taser...without knowing about their products...I would think there has to be some commercial uses other than military...perhaps airport security...Like TSA...or some other use...??

Answer: A new base for the RadSafe product will be established through marketing efforts already researched designed to bring product awareness to citizens in surrounding cities and towns of Nuclear Power Plants. Depending on results of these efforts we look forward to then possibly extending product into retail stores such as Radio Shack or Best Buy. Pricing would be low enough to be affordable and attractive to the general public.


10) Question: Do you plan to become a fully reporting company in the future?

Answer: Yes, we have had discussions and view this as a goal to reach in 2009.


11) Question: How many distributors do we have now? Who are they and where are they located around the world?

Answer: We have approximately 40 distributors. They will be added to the company website in time with their location information.


12) Question: It's challenging to determine the significance of your PR's. Can you provide more detail in the future?

Answer: Yes, we will provide more detailed information in the future.

13) Question: Can you tell us more about the overall marketing plans?

Answer: We have ideas and plans for both the StealthSensor and the Radsafe. We have an advertising firm that is designing material to be used in mailings to communities surrounding Nuclear Power Plants. Possibly an infomercial. Trade Shows. We have many great ideas that you will learn about when they are implemented into a promotion. We will inform the shareholders of chosen trade shows the company plans to attend at a later date. As for right now we have not made decisions to report.


14) Question: Do you see the company buying up any other companies?

Answer: We have explored that possibility, but considering our product's uniqueness, this narrows the competition field to 0 in our opinions.

Even the planned future addition (s) to our product line have no direct competition.

Background

Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is the primary registrant database for the U.S. Federal Government. CCR collects, validates, stores, and disseminates data in support of agency acquisition missions, including Federal agency contract and assistance awards. Please note that the term "assistance awards" includes grants, cooperative agreements and other forms of federal assistance. Whether applying for assistance awards, contracts, or other business opportunities, all entities are considered "registrants".

Both current and potential federal government registrants are required to register in CCR in order to be awarded contracts by the federal government. Registrants are required to complete a one-time registration to provide basic information relevant to procurement and financial transactions. Registrants must update or renew their registration at least once per year to maintain an active status. In addition, entities (private non-profits, educational organizations, state and regional agencies, etc.) that apply for assistance awards from the Federal Government through Grants.gov must now register with CCR as well. However, registration in no way guarantees that a contract or assistance award will be awarded.
