Pedro was probably in on it, but my guess is big time heat has come on this group of lying swindlers from the Texas Securities Commission and maybe even the SEC as well. As a result, Pedro is likely trying to blame it all on the biggest crook of the two, Terrell.

I think Pedro is a litle daft and was unaware of most of our securities laws. Terrell has no excuse, though. Terrell definitely needs to spend some time in a Federal prison, if you ask me.

It might be very interesting to follow the trail of the stolen certs and find out if certain currently unnamed people received some of them as promotional compensation to push stock to IHUBERs.
