I would suggest you do a little more DD..
As this statement is very wrong..

Be concerned all you want about the pps..I would take it you have no other investments..because if you did you would know that everyone is concerned about the pps of all of their holdings..The pps of Onev doesn't reflect what is happening in the background of what is going on with Telmex and other companies and what you are wondering about Telmex is dead wrong...veno

If that is you main concern..maybe you should ask why the pps is where it is when every day the buys outnumber the sells..It would seem to me that other investors are not worried and are buying up as many shares as they can..Explain this..
