Possibly there is some legal manoeuvre available which would work as a delay but there would be no basis for an appeal. This is not a trial.
FDIC's motion of interference is like a football coach calling time out just as a field goal is being attempted. Only a short delay and then they have to kick it.
The decision will be made Monday - then clear the courtroom.
