Whats interesting is that if you dig down into Obama's petition to
dismiss, one of the reasons cited is the case of Hollander vs. Mccain
2008, where a similar case was brought against McCain for being born
in the Panama canal zone. It was denied for plaintiff's lack of standing
with the court. Probably what will happen here.
