Please correct me if I am reading your post incorrectly.

You say that you value all of the other patents blln has at zero. I agree with that.

Is what you are basically saying is that when Qtrax is spun off there is a possibility that our investment in BLLN will be worth Nothing? Is that a possibility that they hang us out to dry?

I would have thought that BLLN shareholders should certainly benefit from the Qtrax spin off. Shareholders have financed the development of this product through their investments. I don't think it is the case that companies can then just alienate that product by taking it off the inventory and giving it to another corporate structure and raise more funds, with no return to shareholders without legal ramifications. I know it is a free market, but I don't think it is that free.

I do not think, that the share price would be more highly if we would not have the financial world crisis. In the week in front of the DCIA Conference the PPS is increased although the financial world crisis had its highlight.

I rather think that the low rate now is at the high expectations which up till now have not been met.
It was always said here that Warner and Sony would have signed. Now, it is said suddenly that there are only agreements.

In connection with this, the Majors are always blamed. But it will never run without the Majors and we will never get happy with Qtrax.

In my opinion nothing will happen in the near future or "very soon". It still will take much time....IMHO

So what you are saying is we have to wait another 6 months to a year to see any action. Without Sony and warner we are nothing.
