The other company he is involved with, well I should say one of the others did this just about a month ago, so I think his monitor may be low on batteries. People like Jim are very Knowledgable with skirting the laws and rules of the pink land, and although sometimes they pay the price of doing this they seem to be like OJ and until enough is enough remain free to abuse the system.
