Yeah, that is usually the first indication that the stock is making a rebound. Some folks suggest that you wait for at least two days of price appreciation for confirmation. (It won't run away from you)

Note on the chart that the price is below the ten day moving average (grey line on the chart) aka MA10. Some prefer to see the price close above that resistance before diving in..

Thats one way. Look at a 15min chart with a 200 day line. PPS is about to cross up and over.
