My travel trailer is in my driveway... I always have many of those items by default.. also I have two Aussie Cattle Dogs.. Think 100+ pound dogs in a 50 package.. Also among the smartest... kinda like tamed Dingos :O)

I'm getting a generator within a month that will run the trailer and be a backup for the home..

My list is a tad shorter.. I quit smoking 16 years ago :O)
