I don't disagree with you that the likelihood is slim. However, we live in risky times. If the market continues to tank and COR can't partner before they run out of money, what choices does the organization have? They can't raise more money through a PIPE without essentially giving the company away (and our equity stake with it).

So, I ask the question again. What happens to the patent rights in case of bankrupcy or dissolution?

I agree with you in the near-term, but belly-up can't be ruled out in the next 2-3 years. All it takes is bad luck and miscalculation.

My guess is that they'd be bought up before they went bankrupt.
