What happens to the intellectual property and patent rights to the new compounds if COR goes belly-up?

I hear you, but I hear MRK laying off 6,000 people too, they don't have the products in their pipeline to support the mouths they need to feed as the years go by. They are letting them go now, paying out the 6 months salary and benefits to realign costs for the inevitable- we have an exciting pipeline, we'll get a deal or 2 , and I think soon, say year end.
