Gro I thought about that. Yet I think if buyer pays enough move on use cash to buy another undervalued one like when they bought Baron. They will find other Barons before others do. BIHC IMO is more about acquisitions buying and selling then building a bigger company by holding onto them. Let buyer get its value by doing that with Baron. This is a win deal for both because buying Baron fits into the buyer plans growing Baron and BIHC plans having cash to acquire other companies.
