Yes that news would help PPS but would it be wasted if it comes before uplisting and repricing? I think it would unless you plan to flip it. And I would not want to be out of position when the uplist occurs. Much rather see reprice/uplist then news to help either 1) hold the price of the uplist which should be a revalued and a fair value 2) even allow the fair value to respond positively to the news. especially if that news is not yet part of the revalued price.
Number 2 could happen since the revalue price will not include future revenues which new contract news could announce.
It is all about the uplist and revaluation IMO. Anything prior to that is questionable how much it will help price for long term.
