That's completely false. Show me a 3 year old PR that even mentions ANY of NM, WY, or ND leases. You'll be doing pretty good just coming up with ANY PR that is 3 years old.
You say I'm "bamboozling" with details...
It's obvious by your post that things like details and facts have very little, if any bearing on what you're posting.
Who is it that's keeps saying anything about the DTC? You say it's the company. Show me me where the company has said anything about the DTC... the most recent will do, but please make sure it confirms what you claim that they state their plans to resolve the issue. According to what you post, they're still saying these things so I expect it will be very recent.
Who is it that is saying anything about getting off the pink sheets? Who is it that had EVER said anything about Hemi getting off the pink sheets and made ANY commitment to do so? Please provide the PR as well... and like the DTC PR that you're going to provide, please make sure you provide what must surely be a very recent PR about this topic, since you say it's been going on for 3 years up to the present.
Frankly, you only proved my point about WHO is saying WHAT. You brought up nothing of any recent relevancy at all. Nothing that has been brought up by Hemi, IF AT ALL, in a very long time.
And after 3 years, it's very clear by your post that there is no understanding of "Hemi's basic plan" because if there was, it would have been realized that there is no "working" until it comes to completion. Until that time, either things contribute toward it or they don't. Some things are for the sake of running the business, and some things are meant to move the company toward their goals. So far, the company is operating and working successfully by normal business standards. And there is nothing about the company that prevents their final goals at this point.
Now, since you're going to be providing all these recent PRs you're claiming, perhaps you can also come up with one about how Hemi's goals have been foiled.
And please, spare me the "The SP says it all!" answer... that's a copout to avoid addressing the very points brought up.
