the CEO dilutes while retires at the same time?

The retire actions are made public via PR but nothing is mentioned regarding dilution......

but boom, robbing peter to pay paul isnt a true share retirement, if fact, retiring shares at .00005 and reissuing them for .0001 isnt ethical, and you know he isnt losing money on this. yes, let us keep the facts straight, i agree but let us not forget his track record
