Hi Joe, "I stopped by Flotec today, and yes they have broken ground already!! Please let the board know that Tom Brady is alive. I spoke with the Admin person and they are very excited about the growth. I have attached pics of the front of the building but they are also clearing land to the left from Sterling Rope Co. and out back by the railroad tracks."
