reading around i also sense that placer finds are random finds, not discoverable by standard geological surveys.

Lucky Linda No.1 is proven by Scott Spooner and Dayne Chastain.
What I would like to know is whether TSHL will hire Dayne Chastain or not. Previous PR stated that they were in negotiation with him so... If we can get Dayne and Robert Chastain, we know for sure that we will have a great refinery technology.
