I have a question for the board.. How would you feel about Nutripure forming a board of directors? As a group depending on total number of shares we could request a specific number of seats on that board with voting rights on future decisions?
If they allowed the creation of a board of directors do you feel that would help create transparency and build credibility with the shareholders and officers?
Again, I am looking for solutions to GROW this business not destroy it. If you are unable to sell your shares the only thing you will have to gain is a $3000 capital loss credit spread out over the number of years to cover your loss or offset any gains you may have had in this market this year..
Also, you can wait until december 31 before selling and still receive that credit for your taxes so why sell now at market when you have nothing to lose. It is only a true loss once you sell...
