the procedure should be to get his shares at the price he put in. I would consider another broker if it happens a couple more times. but then again, FRE, and many other stock prices in the market, are not very stable these days. its hard to follow the MMs. I think there is also a limit to decimal places on orders by common folk like us, though they should have said something
