#456 RE: kentobean #455

Hello,
When I say a bad Summer, it is just stating that we had been led to believe that information in the form of press releases with exciting things about contracts and figures were to be coming out very soon. Then the lawsuit was filed and I personally was told by Ed Hart that the court case was just a "side show" that it had nothing to do with slowing down the the operations of the company or starting to roll out valuable news that would make the stock price start to move upward. He said that the stock was grossly undervalued and when important news came out it should move up substantially and quite quickly. Contracts with great value were being signed regularly and they would add great value to the company!
Well, the settlement negotiations lasted all Summer so nothing happened that made it transparent to the investors that the company was moving forward. Supposedly the lawsuit settlement has been completed but now the contracts have not been transferred into Superwire so now we may have to wait as long as another 4 weeks before that's completed. Hence, fall will be more than half over by then. Based on that information and the stock price dipping down to less than .25 cents, my personal evaluation is a Bad Summer and so far at least, a Bleak Fall. If someone had shorted the stock back when it was doing fairly well, just after the reverse split, then they might have a slightly different opinion about the matter.
I hope that before thanksgiving Superwire gives us something to be thankful for but it hasn't happened yet.
That has been the long term story of Superwire. We hear of great things to come but for years they are yet to deliver. Make your Christmas wishes early and see if anything comes together before the end of still another year.
