I tried to buy TSHL @ .0007 when there were 3 MMs on .0007 ask and didn't get a single fill. Then chased it up to .0008 and even then was slow fill. Now MMs aren't dipping her at all.

TPL thinks MMs have marching orders to run TSHL!!!!!!
