Yes, but I would not chase them here at these levels. IMO, much better to look for weakness and short when they are ready. The upside is overdone in my opinion with high gas prices and threats of more terrorism. I have no current position. I looked at FS recently but there were no shares available. I am talking about a intermediate term outlook.
