good question bahouka,actually i thought the same thing only difference is i thought if those two companys had some sort of pr. to give and they are not rightfully owned by awyi,can awyi still supress any news coming from syrei/lime truck? imagine that we (awyi) dont own those two companys and we cant use those revenues,but awyi can still control what pr's are given and when............that would suck if thats the case.
Yes 'bahouka' they can PR it... Signed agreements have been in place for sometime now... We're just not seeing them lately, eh?
The deals with both Syrei(UK-AB/Caymans shareholder), and Lime Truck(LTAC(DE)Lime Media group - Mayer, Hill, Warren) companies are within the Ariel Way realm.
They just have "opt-outs" if financing and/or final payments aren't made or "controlling interest" changes...
