Sure they will Pete. Anything's possible in your universe but in our's they haven't been able to get 45nm working in production yet. To hope they will leap to 22nm by 2011 is pure fantasy.

Wow! Intel does 32nm in end of 2009, 22nm end of 2011, AMD does 22nm in early 2011, and beats Intel to two years of process technology lead.... due to what?
