Yes, but as Ney used to say, the street is unique, in order to get buyers in, they raise prices, and when they want the public out, they lower the prices, until they get the public in, so thay have to whom to distribute (look for 2 B plus volume on the Naz for instance) they have not achieved their goal, they more often than not achieve their goal.
