I'm still on the fence, as my record shows, but I'm gettin pulled to the bullish side more and more.

When I go 100% long, thats the time to short. <g>

Once the public is convinced and commits funds in drove, that might be the time to lighten up. Despite us being close to 150 naz points from the recent bottom and less than that from the yearly high, the EPC is sill quite high at .65. BP's are behaving as they should new highs are expanding above the 100 level, and volume is not yet excessive (one might even say, anemic), I like what I see.
