The stocks bought by the feds is new stock - not the old one. So, there shouldn't be any effect except dilution. I am sure the good banks don't like it. They are being forced to do what the socialists think is the right thing to do. EU is leading US here.

op-ex. Some things never change. I thought they'd try for 1,100 SPX this week. I just never thought they'd get there by Tuesday!
