Looks like it is time to make the final ultimate FOIA request for the ten thousand pages of documents the government managed to gather but didn't disclose in the court room. Then its on to an appeal to the Nevada State Supreme Court or Federal Supreme Court depending on the advice of legal counsel. It's always nice to put money aside to pay lawyers when you have been railroaded out of an industry.
