Exactly.. Looks like large buyers are patiently accumulating tons of shares on the bid.. What this does is allows them to buy all the shares of those who want out all while keeping the price lower..
Obviously if these buyers were hammering the ask the price would be rising, but I think they're purposely not hitting the ask because they're trying to accumulate as much for as low as possible.
