Minera Caserones was discovered, explored and had feasibility studies done before the Japanese EVER got involved.
It is NOT a "grassroots" play like Lipangue which is only in the very very early stages of exploration.
I never said the Asians didn't want to get involved in projects in the Western Hemisphere, I said the Asians have never wanted to do the initial exploration there.
Now, go back to the drawing board and see if you can find a case where an Asian firm has taken on a project in North or South America that was early in the exploration phase and they were going to be the operators for the exploration. I'd like to see it.
