I have been marking the gagged TAs as they come to light in the IBOX. If you know of any that I dont have listed just post them and I will add gagged next to the name or however they are gagged.
But yeah they dont have to give the info if the CEO/pres tells them not to and/or if its their so called policy. I guess they dont want to get caught in scams with CEOs diluting and such. Guess its a liability to them. But i dislike it too but I guess thats pinks for you. Guess its part of the "unknown" thrill of not knowing that makes these run. Or at least it seems that way to me, that pinks sometimes run harder than otcbbs which have the OSs in filings.
