I don't think it likely until they get revenue. When they get revenue the sp should go up; however, if they want to uplist they might need a RS near the end to get the sp where it needs to be if revenues and profits don't do it alone...IMO

thats the only thing im worried about as well because it seems to take all the shareholder value away....right here were still fine ....its going to go up eventually and go up by a good amount but it might take a decent amount of time....if they do the reverse split we are just getting screwed out of our 'value' of having so many shares at such a low price....even though its the same dollar amount, its not the same value.

Nobody can tell you the actual odds, but it is the timing that counts. I've seem them cause negative results, and I've seen them cause positive results. Of the stocks that I've been in that did an RS, 50% of the stock reacted favorably, and 50% did not. If they were to merge w/ a solid co. w/ great revs and do an RS to get on a bigger exchange, that could mean a huge return.
