You know that is always the mystery to me. Why not do a clear precise buyback to lower the o/s. With these kind of strange shady deals which nobody can really understand without having all the information, one as a shareholder has to always guess or just "trust" that it will be a good thing.
Now where are those shares which got bought into the escrow as many here stated and pumped to heaven? Why can't they just get retired?
