it's odd because if anyone here were to take the offer, you can tack a 0 on the end of your portfolio holdings in XXIS

if you hold 100,000,000 xxis valued at $10k right now, and you opt to receive $1 pref shares after a 1:1000 payout, you would hold 100,000 pref shares at $1 = $100,000
