Say what you mean and mean what you say but don't be so mean that you cross the mean index of insanity. Angry people are temporarily insane. People who run covert operations are permanently insane. They know what they are doing is evil so they have to remain covert about what they are doing. Otherwise society would stop their covert operation if it were out in the open.
