So you follow the basic rule that a "basic startup" has two years to lie to its shareholders and the market and to make up phony financial statements before being expected to buckle down and actually start telling the truth and to start doing what it says it is going to do?
Seems to me a company worthy of investment should establish itself as credible by doing what it says and by providing transparency and truthfulness from the outset.
