I guess the timing of her bus stop is essential to my frustration. All I'm willing to do now is wait and see if we get a big green day (today's close) ... and short it. Would lessen the risk of loss if wrong... for a day.
Once again it takes a while for $~it to get into the system. I think I'll find something else to do for a few hrs.......L8r
We didn't even reach the 1034 that futs reached on the S&P.
Tomorrow is the big Yom Kippur buy day that everyone says to buy. Average return is positive if one buys tomorrow and holds to EOY.
I think today got people excited for it or its a a short cover rally of some of the overweight shorts in other industries which they will then redistribute a portion back into financials tomorrow.
Either way i think we are due for a sideways grind for about 2-3 weeks as earnings season starts and all the bad news gets digested. A bunch of pops post earnings. Was alcoa a good buy today? Will have to see tomorrow if it leaves an island bottom.
But tomorrow is a big payroll day. We will have to see how the Fed is able to manage the commercial paper.
also advancers/decliners are still bearish even with markets in positive territory. I mean its still indecisive.
