As for whether we'll have a "high this week" I still say that the cycle date is NOT A FACTOR RIGHT NOW. If we break out here, I would expect higher prices next week... or at least as good a chance as not. Or we may have two days of down still this week. There's no way to know here. Also, even if we hit a price high this week, remember my rule of the cycle: the high or low can't be exceeded for three weeks. If this is brand spanking new impulsive up complete with trendline breakouts, I don't know that the odds favor down for 3 weeks.
Yes, volume sucks. Yes, there seemed to be some rising wedges on 60 minute charts (and still might be on the Dow), but price rules, baby.
