We know that the PPVs approach is not working. They said it themselves that they are working on JVs, and, unless they don't care, they are working feverishly. After all, time is very much of the essence in this case, or don't you agree that we have a tight schedule to meet or someone else will bit us to the punch? So, obviously, they are working feverishly.
And lucky, yes. Do you think they are the only ones out there working on something like this? Unfortunately, hard work doesn't always pay off, and if one is trying to convince a handful of people to use your product, you are cutting your odds and depending more on luck than on hard work or ability. Playing a lot of ends is called diversification. Obviously when one is betting on a handful of JVs (which is all they can do with only a handful of emploees), they are not playing a diversified hand, which means that the likelyhood of failure is much greater. So yes, they are betting on good luck. Just like you and I.
"They have very, very capable people who can read the dynamic market and are making the right decisions as we speak." and here you are making the same kinds of assumptions I am. So how do you know they are very capable people? Did you spend a year working with them somewhere? How is it that you know they are making the right decisions and pjroperly reading a dynamic market?
And why is it that you can make certain logical assumptions, and I can be criticized for doing the same?
