Typical lawbreaking Republican idiots on this site. They break the law so often they no longer know what the law is. In this case, it's called the "Hatch Act." It's what the rest of us call a "federal statute." Sheriff Andy broke that law by: 1. Appearing in uniform at a political event; 2. Wearing political buttons on his uniform; 3. Promoting politics for one party over another while in uniform; 4. Giving the appearance that the Lee County Sheriff's Dept. supports John McCain and Sarah Palin when in fact it is not allowed to do any such thing.
"Ignorance of the law is no excuse" -- isn't that what Johnnie Law said to you last time he pulled you over for driving your pickup drunk/beating your wife in front of your trailer?
