I agree. I said early on that I didn't think Ro had the skill set of what was required. I'm glad Rhustang is in that slot.

What is the alternative to giving them more time? We have no choice. I just know that my boss would have fired me after 90 days(or less) of giving him status reports with dates that I did not meet.
