Well they can keep throwing money down the toilet. I see this as somewhat illegal and suspect it will have a hard time passing US muster. It's not AMD anymore, it's a Middle Eastern company propping up a failing one. Intel is more than ready for the challenge I am sure. As AMD was very good at comlaining to courts, I'm sure Intel can do the same. It could take years legally.
