I should mention that I think it's possible that
this company is a scam or that it has been so
badly mismanaged that it will fail. But it's
likely that those running the corporation can
claim 'good faith' (and etc.) as the basis for
their decisions that just didn't happen to work
out [i.e., they and all stock holders took a risk
that just didn't pay off].
