I should have written that sounds like it could be great news for the company. I still don't know what the shareholders' position is in all of this and I remain cautious at the least. A huge shareholder cut is almost always a result of these things but I am very willing for someone to persuade me that "this time it's different".
I should have written in my earlier post that this sounds great for the company but I still remain unconvinced that this will make much difference for the shareholders who typically get a major haircut in these situation. (I'm willing to be persuaded that "this time it will be different".)
