From our research Kevin Tse is from Vancouver BC originally and studied there at one of their Universities.
Not to take away from your theory, but it could just actually be just a coincidence. Kevin may have hired some college friends to go after that strategic Market.
A Possibility of your theory of course that Prime of Canada involved, but may just be as a client or more.

My theory is Barons and Takk are getting business in place for Centerplate who is the Buyer and will be a private company after Kohlberg takes them private.

BIHC and Galo shareholders will not only be cash rich but have a tremendous well financed business friend /Kohlberg for future major acquisitions.

These links in my opinion will be gone soon~ somebody keeps changing them in my opinion so they can't read information~
Notice the PRSU ticker stays the same and look real close at how in a few days the information from these sites i linked will be changed in my opinion.
++REmember that PRSU is the old ticker symbol of BIHC.
