Roche will likely start a trial of ITMN191 + R7128 within the next six months.

Thanks Dew - I was somewhat surprised that both of these drugs target the same protein. Do you know if any of the drugs used in HIV cocktails target the same protein?

PS I am now looking into the basis of the thought that HCV is somehow eradicated (a cure) in HCV. It seems unlikely to me - e.g. Dewo's reference to HCV popping up again in 'cured' patients put on immunosuppresants, or the cases of transplant patients getting melanoma after getting an organ from someone who had had melanoma many years earlier and never had more than a skin lesion.
